Tommie Sjef Trace 2023 Lambiek/Geuze - 75 CL

Trace is a wild beer that has been fermented and aged for 3.5 years in Buffalo Trace, Maker's Mark bourbon barrels and a Rye Whiskey barrel. It gave the beer a lot of whiskey character, but without overpowering the delicacy of our wild ales.
