This wild beer is packed with organic red wine grapes. It has a dark pink color with a light pink head. The nose has the typical Kékfrankos aroma, but more subtle and fruity than a natural rosé wine. Strawberry, cherries and black olives accompanied by some funk. Caramel and brioche aromas from the maturation on the yeast in the barrel and bottle add a nice layer of complexity. There is an excellent balance in the taste: just enough acidity and soft tannins to balance the fruitiness.
