House of Pale is one of the recipes the brewers took from our beloved crazy laboratory in Copenhagen, BRUS. A New England pale ale with Ekuanot hops. It's gone through a lot of changes and tweaks over the past year, experimenting with hop doses and overall 'crispness' - and now the brewers are pretty confident they've got exactly what the brewers were looking for.
