West Coast Double IPA, 18°Blg Double IPA from the west coast of the US is characterized by several things. The beer should be saturated with hops, have an intense bitterness and a dry taste. To maximize the aroma of citrus and fruity hops, the brewers used DryHopnik: a special system to grind hop grains and circulate them in the beer as it matures. Double dry-hopping and a short maturation period ensure the freshest and most intense aroma of double IPA.
