The brewers proudly present this barley wine, or Barley Wine in English. This is indeed a beer that is difficult to brew. Our kettles squeak and creak during the brewing process to achieve the high alcohol percentage with ridiculous amounts of pale malt. Maple Syrup was added during fermentation. The soft caramel notes of this syrup harmonize beautifully with the full-sweet malt flavors. Enjoy this flavor bomb!
