The chocolate in this beer is a specially selected and roasted blend of Krak, with Mexican cocoa, Soconusco El Vado Lote, which gives spicy notes, ripe plums, red fruits and a soft nuttiness. After an extensive pepper taste test, four peppers – Guajillo, ancho, Arbol and Chipotle – were selected to complement the chocolate, giving this pastry stout a beautifully warming layer of flavor. Don't worry, no firefighters are actually needed, you can handle this. To enhance the depth of flavor, the brewers have incorporated the finest vanilla, a dash of cinnamon and a hint of coffee.
