Then the brewers added an epic amount of coconut, Ugandan and Papua New Guinea vanilla and some demerara sugar. The rum barrels and Demerara provide a deeply reduced, dark sugar flavor, while the vanilla, coconut and bourbon provide tons of dessert character to round it out. Imperial Stout matured in Bourbon barrels and Rhum barrels
