Lindemans BlossomGueuze 2015 Lambiek/Geuze - 75 CL

Lindemans broke through existing beer styles and developed Botanical Lambic, a collection of old Geuzes with a twist. Second in this series, BlossomGueuze is based on a 12-month blend with 2 to 3 year old lambic fermented on oak and elderflower. The BlossomGueuze, refermented in the bottle, has a golden color and combines the sourness of lambic with the subtle flavors of elderflower. Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect as a food pairing.
