Galway Bay Diving Bell 2021 Barleywine - 50 CL

Diving Bell is the top model of the Scottish Wee Heavy. This is the third vintage for this sweet and boozy sipper. A beer that fits well with the stormy days and nights that the brewers in Galway endure. Brewed with a base of Scotland's finest Golden Promise malt, a heap of crystal malt and a hint of roasted barley. Followed by a long, cool fermentation with Scottish brewer's yeast before being transferred to Nicaraguan rum barrels where it has rested for 2 years and 1 month. This vintage is silky smooth with an enormously sweet rum character, supported by a beautifully delicate base. To enjoy now or let it ripen cold.
