Corsendonk Pater Dubbel is a soft dark beer with top fermentation, refermented and matured in the bottle into a lively, sparkling beer with rich foam. On the nose, this beer has caramelized malt with hints of ripe fruit. Mild on the palate with a balanced bitterness, hints of fruit, toasted bread, licorice, coffee and caramel.
