Chimay Blue 2023 - 33 CL

The Chimay Blue Cap, baptized "Grande Reserve" in 750 ml bottles, is a dark Trappist beer with a powerful aroma whose complex taste improves with age. It was first brewed as a Christmas beer by the monks of Scourmont Abbey in 1956. This authentic Belgian beer is particularly pleasant, with the touch of fresh yeast accompanied by a light pink, floral touch. The aroma, perceived as one enjoys it, only accentuates the wonderful sensations revealed by the scent, all revealing a light but pleasant caramelized note. It is preferably served at cellar temperature (10 to 12°C).
