Cantillon Sang Bleu 2024 Lambiek/Geuze - 75 CL

Previously called "Camerise Lambiek". Lambic mixture with blue honeysuckle, or haskap, berries. Over the past two years, the brewers have been making a fruity mix with Camerise berries in small batches. These berries are slightly sweet with a nice acidity. The brewers didn't have to look far for a new name... a blue fruit that makes a blood-red beer: Sang Bleu. Our friend Ammo has outdone himself again by creating a fantastic new label to match his new name. A word from the brewer: Sang Bleu is powerful and very fruity, but still maintains a nice, soft balance between acidity and astringency.
