Cantillon Iris 2018 Lambiek/Geuze - 75 CL

The Iris beer is truly unique, a spontaneous fermentation beer made with pure malt. It matures for two years in oak barrels and then undergoes a natural second fermentation in the bottle. The fresh hops give the beer a bitter taste. This characteristic, combined with the absence of wheat, is the main difference between IRIS and the other Cantillon beers made with Lambic.
