Cantillon Loerik, or 'Lazy Boy' is a blend of one-, two- and three-year-old lambic that ensures a second fermentation in the bottle. However, Loerik takes his time... for some unknown reason he just doesn't referment like a regular Cantillon Gueuze. But over time, the yeasts collect and the beer refermentes, and the result is an exceptionally complex and extremely rare beer. Bottling date: October 15, 2019
