Coffee for strength, chocolate to strengthen, marshmallows for resilience. ⁣ ⁣ This 12% ABV Imperial Mocha-Marshmallow Stout is a blend of liquid aged for 12 to 24 months in a blend of our favorite bourbon barrels. It was conditioned on 'Southern Weather' and 'Monarch' coffee bean blends, roasted by our brothers in arms at @onyxcoffeelabs for a complex chocolate brownie base and burnt sugar undertones. ⁣ ⁣ Cacao nibs amp up the chocolate front - a mix of Guatemalan and Philippine nibs were specifically chosen for the nutty, warm chocolatey flavors they impart. Marshmallows were our finishing touch; added in abundance for their softly sweet aroma, for a touch of viscosity and for the downright joy of it.
