Antidoot L'Ambigu (Sauvigac) 2019 - 75 CL

In the late summer of 2018, the brewers made a wine from our own grown Sauvignac and Cabernet Blanc grapes. We macerated the grapes for a few days and added the wine after primary fermentation to a barrel of beer that the brewers had brewed six months earlier. They matured together in the barrel for another sixteen months. Bottled December 2019.
