Antidoot L'Ambigu (Riesling) 2021 Lambiek/Geuze - 75 CL

In the late summer of 2020, the brewers made a macerated wine from biodynamically grown Riesling grapes that the brewers picked at Weingut Melsheimer (Mullay-Hofberg). After primary fermentation, the brewers added the wine to a barrel of beer that the brewers had brewed nine months earlier. They matured together in the barrel for another nine months. Bottled July 2021.
