Antidoot L'Ambigu (Cabernet Chinato) 2022 Lambiek/Geuze - 75 CL

In the late summer of 2021, the brewers made a wine from our slightly unripe Cabernet Jura grapes. After primary fermentation, the brewers added the wine to the beer that the brewers had brewed 9 months earlier. After another 6 months of steeping together in the barrels, the brewers also infused the blend with a small amount of cinchona bark.
