Antidote Cornucopia Regent 2023 - 75 CL

A wildly fermented, barrel-aged cider, made from untreated and hand-picked local apples from tall standard trees, blended with some wine the brewers have made from home-grown Regent and Leon Millot grapes. The apples were picked in the idyllic collection orchard of Belgian pomologist and friend Dirk. Bottled April 2023.
