The lambics come from four different brews and were over a year old when the brewers filled the sherry barrels. The weighted average at bottling is therefore just over 25 months. 100% 3 Fountains. This Zenne y Frontera is a blend of eleven different sherry barrels - ten Oloroso barrels and one Amontillado barrel. The Oloroso bar-rels were more than forty years old. The lambics originate from four different brews and were all a good year old when filling the sherry barrels.
