3 Fonteinen (Old) Kriekenlambik is the result of macerating hand-picked whole sour cherries on young lambic for at least four months, at a ratio of one kilogram of fruit per liter of lambic (and possibly mixed with some young lambic). The fruit intensity varies from a minimum of 35% to 50%. In addition to some selected bars (e.g. 20th anniversary of Akkurat in Stockholm, Sweden), this sour cherry lambic is available at certain times in the lambik-O-droom
